About the School
Located at 4005 Prince Street in Conway, Arkansas, Advance School of Real Estate is an Arkansas Real Estate Commission-approved real estate school offering pre-license, post-license, and continuing education courses for real estate sales professionals, property managers, and property management brokers. Our Conway location serves students from across Arkansas.

Kelli Small
Primary Instructor
A licensed Arkansas real estate professional with extensive experience in residential and commercial real estate. Brings practical, real-world knowledge to every classroom session.
Mark Burrier
Associate Instructor
A licensed Arkansas sales and property management professional with years of hands-on experience with properties across central Arkansas.
Richard Henley
Associate Instructor
Born and raised on a South Arkansas Egg Farm, educated with an Engineering degree from Louisiana Tech University, and having spent 34 years in the real estate world (19 as broker/owner of ERA TEAM Real Estate), Richard Henley has life experience and real estate knowledge that will be shared with each class. Having recently been inducted into the ERA Real Estate national Hall Of Fame (2025 class) and having served as a past member of the prestigious ERA Broker’s Council, Richard shares with students "real-world application" alongside the required study material. Richard currently lists and sells in partnership with his son, Will. He owns Conway rental property along with several Branson and Ft. Walton Beach short-term rentals. Married to Conway native Amanda ‘Henderson’, Richard has 3 adult children and 3 grandchildren.
Marty Reed
Associate Instructor
With more than 14 years of experience in real estate, Marty has successfully represented both buyers and sellers in residential transactions, helping clients navigate every stage of the process with confidence and professionalism. His background also includes extensive commercial real estate experience, including the sale of multi-family properties, stand-alone businesses, multi-unit storefronts, and medical office spaces. In addition to residential and commercial sales, he is knowledgeable in investment properties, land transactions, and farm and ranch real estate.
